Last year at the MTV Video Music Awards Gaga put on a performance that not only made VMA history, but—more importantly and according to herself—marked a turning point in her evolution as an artist.  In a matter of minutes Gaga brought forth all the beauty and the tragedy of her Paparazzi video, but this time in the form of an eloquently executed stage show beginning with an attention-grabbing chandelier crash and ending in a dangling, blood-soaked popstar. I got some amazing feedback while spotting these nails!  I decided to take the white “bloody” nails idea and give it the Gaga twist.  I went with a pointed tip (which the Lady herself was seen wearing here) and covered the bases with scattered half-pearls and glass rhinestones in varying shapes.  The lacquers are Sally Hansen Pure White Tip (03) and Sally Hansen Salon Hollywood Scarlet (350).  I recommend a slightly darker red instead of a “true” red to really make the look authentic.
