2009 Promotion of ‘The Fame Monster’ in Berlin: Back in 2009, Gaga began her early promotion of her second album, appearing at numerous press events around the world.  In September she made a photocall appearance in Berlin to discuss her upcoming album and promote her Heartbeats headphones.  I thought this dress was so cute, so I wanted to do a design for it. Colors & Materials Used: White base coat with black nail art pen designs and straight-edged ‘moon’ in Fuchsia Power (Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear).   If you check out the link above, you can see that Gaga switched shoes during this event; which is where the addition of the pink came from.  Also, this was my first time using a nail art pen and the application wasn’t quite as smooth as I had hoped, but it beats dipping a toothpick in polish!   X PPU
