Hello, monsters and new followers!  Happy New Year!  I’m back (on “International Gaga Day”!) after a bit of a hiatus with the first ever design to ring in the Born This Way era!  Can you believe it?  Only two more weeks until Gaga’s big night!

These are a really simple design that I think just about anyone can replicate.  Gaga’s jacket was made for her by Tom Tom Fashions, who I’m a HUGE fan of, so of course I had to make some matching nails!  These are based off of the colored close-up of the back of the jacket.  Everything is free-hand, with some added half pearls for the studs which I simply painted over.  And that’s it!

Can I tell you how excited I am for Grammy night?  Gaga’s 60 Minutes episode airs, followed by her official debut of ‘Born This Way’ at the awards!  And, to celebrate, I have a big Special Edition post I’ll be making that day here at Polished Paws Up!  Stay tuned!
