Last spring during her promotion of ‘Telephone’, Gaga appeared on the talk show Friday Night with Jonathon Ross wearing a shimmery black suit with accentuated lapels and shoulders, and a matching phone headpiece (she also wore a second outfit during the interview, which this design could also apply to).  Call All You Want: Black Diamond by Sally Hansen base with yellow and purple half moons.  I wanted to do a funky nail shape with this simple design, so they’re angled to mimic her suit.  While it looks complicated, this shape is actually quite easy to wear!  I suggest angling them the same way that I did: with all the points facing outward, toward your pinky, to avoid inadvertently poking yourself.  Black Diamond has a noticeable, silvery shimmer to it and is a perfect color for this look. Also, a belated happy birthday to our leading Lady who turned 25 yesterday!  It’s been awhile, so I wanted to post this really simple design to tide everyone over until this weekend when I will post a 3-part series (beginning this Friday) of designs from the Born This Way video!  I’m excited about these, so stay tuned! xo PPU
